My Approach

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own thoughts can be exhausting—especially when life rarely seems to slow down. Many of the people I work with are accustomed to pushing through stress, overthinking, caring for everyone else first, or feeling like they can never truly relax. My approach integrates somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed practices to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and move through life's challenges with greater ease, clarity, and resilience. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, present, and aligned with the life you want to live.

I’m especially drawn to working with young adults and sensitive souls of any age. I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can speak openly, explore challenges at your own pace, and feel seen, heard, and accepted without needing to hold it all together.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person—not just the symptoms. I blend somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical lifestyle changes to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create lasting change.
