Hi, I'm Adina

We all need support and someone to walk with us during difficult seasons of our life. As an EMDR trained therapist who has also explored somatic approaches, parts work, and loves neuroscience, it’s my passion to use these different methodologies to help you work through difficult traumas, emotions, and challenges. I’m open and transparent and value creating an environment where you feel safe to let go of shame and explore your inner world.

I approach this work from the perspective that all of our negative patterns were once helpful coping mechanisms that our nervous system developed to help us navigate our specific set of circumstances. You are not broken; you have adapted in ways that now are no longer serving you. I help you understand and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

Therapy is for anyone that longs for more. We all get stuck along the way and seeking a fresh perspective and a safe connection to navigate those stuck points isn't weakness, it's wisdom. I look forward to working with you.
