I work with couples, children, and individuals using EMDR, play therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy and other approaches.

I have 30+ years of experience working with adult ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions and co-occurring disorders.

I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples, and I'm also a certified life coach and yoga instructor.

I am a trauma-informed professional counselor and I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, abuse, stress, and relationship issues.

I've been working with individuals, couples and families on behavioral issues, depression, trauma and PTSD for over 30 years.
