Mental Health is the condition of one’s well-being. Well-being includes but is not limited to emotionally, socially, psychologically, and spiritually. The condition of one’s Mental Health affects how he, she, or they might think, feel, and act.

The maintenance of Mental Health is essential because just as one’s physical condition can impact their Mental Health, so can Mental Health effect one’s physical health. Also, one’s Mental Health is fluid in nature, meaning just as we experience changes in life, the same is true for how we are able to cope with the demands of life. Lastly, it is prevalent with 98,000 Wyomingites being reported to have experienced a Mental Illness, in 2022.
