What is Emotional Wellness?

Possessing the ability to effectively manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can positively impact the successfulness of carrying out daily social activities. Ultimately, helping to improve mental health.

How Can Someone Practice Emotional Wellness?

Practicing Emotional Wellness includes but is not limited to:

- getting good rest

- routinely using relaxation exercises

- becoming more aware of the present moment

- building resiliency and coping skills

- cultivating relationships
