My Story

I am Licensed Professional and Nationally Certified Counselor with 25 years of experience. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and am trained in EMDR. I work with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, grief and loss issues, simple trauma, complex trauma and PTSD. I will be able to quickly assess your circumstances and develop a treatment strategy to help you get back on track. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you!
